Tatyana’s experience spans technical and business roles in large and small organizations. While the nature and scaleĀ  of responsibilities kept changing, some aspects of Tatyana’s interests persisted:

  • Passion about technology
  • Passion about strategy
  • Passion about growing and helping others grow

It is these passions that led to the foundation of UltraStrategy, as Tatyana strongly believes she can reach and help more people and organizations through this venue.

Prior to founding UltraStrategy, Tatyana worked at SAS Institute in several roles and divisions including Product Management of a product line with annual revenue exceeding $200M. This multi-faceted experience brought invaluable opportunities to learn a wide set of technologies, as well as appreciate the challenges of running a technology innovation-focused business. Most importantly, she learned what it takes to bring teams from different sides of the business, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Sales, Support, and Consulting, to align on a common goal. Prior to SAS, Tatyana had been testing her entrepreneurial spirit in small technology-oriented companies. She holds two Master’s degrees, one in Business Administration and one in Mathematics, is an experienced speaker, trainer, and writer.

In her free time, she likes testing her limits with Ultra running. This hobby brought the discovery that focus and dedication can take one to places previously not deemed reachable. It is this hobby that inspired the name of the current venture: UltraStrategy.
